United Arab Emirates Trade Mission

As part of a commitment to develop business ties to the Middle East, JMD sent delegates on a trade mission to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), organised by Scottish Development International. This provided JMD with an opportunity to showcase its services and integrity ethos to a variety of leading local companies and business leaders in the petrochemical and related industries.

The JMD trade team were kept busy visiting many companies and local institutions as well as attending two excellent business receptions at the British Embassies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The presence of Ferrero Rocher at these receptions has yet to be confirmed.

The team also graciously accepted an invitation to a reception hosted by the late Emir of Dubai. As a direct result of the excellent opportunities presented, and the overall success of the mission, JMD are delighted to have been awarded several significant contracts in the region.
